How to Order your Club Plate

• Fill out the Custom Order Form provided and click

   "Place Order" button.

• Make sure to name your Club on the form, to receive      the clubs custom templated design.

• We'll confirm your order and send you an invoice with    payment details. Pay by Bank Deposit or PayPal.

• Once payment received your club plate will be    

   shipped within 7 business days.

• Regular Post or Express post options are available.
